We leverage our extensive academic research experience as well as our consulting experience to consult our clients on every step of the behavioral research process including hypothesis development, research design, data collection, data analysis, and reporting to help our clients better understand the drivers of employee and customer behavior. We also provide consultation on prioritizing research objectives, selecting appropriate research methodologies, ensuring high quality data collection, and assimilating data interpretation.
Employee Engagements and Retentions
We leverage our extensive academic research experience as well as our leadership experience to help our clients discover what their employees find rewarding and challenging, and what psychological and behavioral mechanism underline those. During activation workshop, we will go through hands-on exercise to come up a strategic and tactical plans to address positive and negative factors contributing employee engagements and retentions
BE Assessment
Our team is available to review marketing collateral and other communications to assess the strategic as well as accidental use of BE tactics that are influencing people’s (conscious as well as unconscious) thoughts and behaviors. This provides a great opportunity for a company to assess where they are in leveraging BE tactics, and explore more strategic use of BE.

BE Impact Analysis
By leveraging our extensive academic research experience as well as our consulting experience, we help our clients explore the use of BE within their organization to solve their specific business challenges. We do so by conducting in-depth interviews with various stakeholders from the organization to assess the current practices, and by observing employee as well as customer behaviors to identify hidden, unconscious factors that are driving their behavior. This service is ideal for an organization interested in incorporating BE that needs to identify the areas to prioritize the effort. The rest of the services on the next page can be added on as a package.
Example Timeline:
Week 1-2. Background Research: Dr. Sagara and her team begin with researching the industry and the client company. Clients are encouraged to submit any related materials to the team.
Week 3-4. Stakeholder Interviews: Dr. Sagara will deliver a 60 minute on-site presentation to introduce various BE concepts, and will also conduct up to 10 one-on-one and/or team interviews to learn the specific challenges each of them are facing.
Week 5-7. Analysis: Upon the completion of the interviews, we will analyze the interviews and identify the area that the company should prioritize the BE initiatives.
Week 8. Workshop: Dr. Sagara will deliver an on-site 6-hour workshop. She will present and discuss various BE concepts that are most relevant to the organization’s business challenges and will demonstrate the application of BE concepts using examples and case studies. She will list the areas BE will have the most impact within the organization, and discuss the potential applications.

Using her extensive academic experience in decision-making research, she presents and applies complex scientific content to day-to-day decisions to various audiences, ranging from C-level executives to junior marketing professionals. She's the type of speaker that gets audience to reflect on their as well as customers' everyday decision making, and start thinking different about how people actually make decisions. During an interactive workshop, attendees will have an opportunity to apply BE tactics to improve their communication and to solve their business challenges.
